How do I send a held deposit to the owner?

Who can do this

Organization users with Create Transactions (property with an owner contract).

Where to find it

Lease page → Actions → Deposit → Send to owner

Steps

Select Send to owner and read Send the deposit to the owner.
Confirm Send to owner.

What happens next

Toast Deposit sent to the owner / "Pay it out to them with an owner disbursement." The deposit reads Held by owner and moves into what you owe the owner. Pay it with Record disbursement.
