How do I see which tenants owe rent (rent arrears)?

Who can do this
Landlord; Organization users with Generate Financial Reports (members limited to assigned properties see only those).
Where to find it
Accounting → ⋮ → Run a report → Rent arrears.
Steps
- Choose the as-of date and click Show report.
- Read the totals (Total owing, Before Kera, In Kera and the age buckets) and each lease's row; click a row for its months.
- Narrow by property, owner, or months (Before Kera only / In Kera only).
- Download CSV or PDF.
What happens next
"No rent owing as of <date>." when nothing is owed. Rent schedules themselves are covered in chapter 10.
