How do I save a report as a PDF or CSV?

Landlord; Organization users with Generate Financial Reports.
Where to find it
A report you've run → Save PDF, or Export CSV on the statement.
Steps
- Click Save PDF for a PDF named after the report and dates (for example "Profit and loss - Oct 1 to Oct 25, 2026.pdf"), with your letterhead from the statement branding settings.
- Click Export CSV where the report offers it (for example Balance sheet and Rent roll).
What happens next
The file downloads.
Troubleshooting
"Couldn't save the PDF": the report stays on screen; try again.
Limits
Not every report has a CSV export; Trial balance has none (use Export all accounting (ZIP), which includes it).
