How do I refund a deposit the tenant paid online?

Who can do this
Landlord, Organization admin, Organization members with Create Transactions.
Where to find it
Lease page → Actions → Deposit → Refund.
Steps
- Click Refund. The Refund payment dialog checks the payment with Stripe.
- Read what will be refunded and "This can't be undone."
- Click Refund $<amount>.
What happens next
Toast "Refund requested" ("Kera updates the books when Stripe confirms it, usually within a minute."). The money goes back to the card or bank account it came from; the deposit is no longer held and can be requested again.
Limits
Only for a deposit collected through Kera that hasn't been topped up, returned, applied, sent to the owner or credited with interest. A deposit recorded by hand has no Refund.
