End lease on a Quebec lease.
Steps
- Pick Record a notice or a TAL decision ("Kera doesn't prepare Quebec notices. Record what you gave or what the Tribunal decided, with the document if you have it.") → Continue.
- On Record it, enter the date and optionally upload the document.
- Review ("Check the details. Kera records this on the lease. Nothing is served.") → Create notice.
What happens next
Done reads "Recorded on the lease. Nothing is served." The Notices row is a "Document".
Good to know
