How do I record a notice of entry I gave outside Kera?

Where to find it

New inspection → Do the tenants need a notice of entry? → Already given

Steps

Choose Already given ("Record the notice you gave"). The step How was notice given? opens.
Enter the Entry date and time (within the province's hours, for example "8 a.m. to 8 p.m.").
In Saskatchewan (and optionally in Alberta, Manitoba, the Northwest Territories and Nunavut), pick Entry window ends (up to 4 hours after the start).
Choose How was notice served?: Hand delivery, Mail, Posted at the unit, Email or Courier.
Select Create inspection.

What happens next

The inspection shows "Entry notice: <date> at <time> · Served by <method>".

Limits

Kera records what you tell it. It doesn't check that the notice you gave met the province's rules beyond the hours and window.

Troubleshooting

"Entry date and time is required" / "Entry method is required"; "The entry window must end after it starts." / "The entry window can be at most 4 hours."
