How do I pick up a rent increase where I left off?

Who can do this

Landlord, Organization admin, Organization members with Edit Leases.

Where to find it

Leases → <lease> → Notices, or Key details → Continue / Continue to deliver.

Steps

Find the row. Its status line tells you where it is: "Draft · the notice isn't prepared yet", "Ready · needs your signature", "Ready · not served yet", "Served <date> · deemed received <date>" or "Deleted <date>".
Press the row's button: Continue (opens New rent and date), Sign (opens Sign the notice) or Serve (opens How will you serve it?).

What happens next

The ⋮ menu also has View notice, Sign, Serve notice, Edit increase, Delete increase, and once served View certificate of service and View proof of service (if you added one).

Good to know

Without Edit Leases, or on an archived lease, only View notice and View certificate of service show.
