How do I make an offer?

Who can do this
Landlord, Organization admin, Organization members with Process Applications.
Where to find it
Application → Actions.
Steps
- On an application in Pending, Shortlisted or Interview, click Make an offer.
- The status becomes Offer, and the main button changes to Accept application.
What happens next
Kera doesn't send the applicant anything. Make the offer to them yourself.
Good to know
In Schedule showing or Screening, the Make an offer button doesn't show. Pick Offer from the status dropdown instead.
