How do I link existing documents to a lease?

Who can do this
Landlords, Organization admins, members with Edit Documents.
Where to find it
Leases → <lease> → Documents section + (or the lease's Actions → Add document).
Steps
- Select + or Add document. The Link documents picker opens.
- Search ("Search documents…") and tick one or more documents.
- Select Link.
What happens next
The documents appear in the lease's Documents section. Clicking a row opens the file.
Limits
The picker lists documents on the same property as the lease, or with no property. Documents on another property aren't offered; change their link with Edit first.
Troubleshooting
With DocuSign connected, "Couldn't import <n> of <m> DocuSign documents" means some envelopes failed; only the failed ones stay selected so you can retry.
