How do I limit a report to some properties or one owner?

Landlord; Organization users with Generate Financial Reports.

Where to find it

Run a report → a property-level report → Which properties?.

Steps

Choose All properties (default), One owner's properties (then the owner) or Pick properties (archived properties included).
Click Show report.

What happens next

The report covers only those properties' entries.

Good to know

Offered on Cash flow statement, Rent roll, Property profitability, Fee revenue by type, Trust liability by owner, T776 and Schedule E. Company-wide reports (Profit and loss, Balance sheet, Trial balance, Cash by bank account, GST/HST, T4A, 1099s) don't ask. A property report for some properties leaves out company overhead and transfers.
