How much storage am I using, and is there a limit?

Who can do this

Landlords, Organization admins and members who can open Documents.

Where to find it

Documents → toolbar → "<size> used".

Steps

Select "<size> used" (at the right of the toolbar, before the list/grid switch).
The popover shows the total and a breakdown by type, largest first: Documents, Inspection photos, Inspection reports, Notices, Certificates of service, Signed notices, Signed agreements, Owner statements and others. Types with nothing stored are left out.

What happens next

New uploads add to the total within a few seconds.

Good to know

For an organization, every member sees the organization's total. Generated files add nothing on top of the notice, report or statement they show.

Limits

Kera has no account storage quota; the figure is informational. Each uploaded file can be at most 25 MB. "Archived files still count until they're permanently removed." Deleting or archiving a file doesn't reduce the figure, and there is no way to free space from the app. The storage figure is hidden on phones and isn't shown to owners.
