How does a tenant serve their notice later, or withdraw it?

Serve later on How will you serve it?; later the lease card or the tenant's Notices list.
Steps
- Choose Serve later → Keep it ready. "The notice stays Ready on your lease. Serve it from your lease card when you deliver it: the end date counts from when your landlord receives it."
- Later, press Serve (or Sign and serve if unsigned) on the lease card.
- To withdraw an unserved notice: Notices row ⋮ → Withdraw → Withdraw your notice? ("It hasn't been served, so your landlord isn't told.").
What happens next
No task is created for tenants. Withdrawing shows Notice withdrawn.
Limits
A served notice can't be withdrawn by the tenant; the landlord can void it by agreement.
