How does a tenant turn email notices on or off?

On: toast Email notices turned on ("Legal and lease-related notices will be sent to <email>. We've let your landlord know."). Off: toast Email notices turned off; notices already emailed stay served. The landlord is notified both ways (always when turned off). The tenant gets a receipt email.

A tenant who joins a lease through an invitation starts with it on, unless they had turned it off on that lease before. The card is hidden on expired, terminated, cancelled or rejected leases.
