How does a tenant ask to end the lease by agreement?

Toast Request sent to your landlord. The card reads "You asked to end by agreement on <date>. Your landlord prepares the agreement." with Withdraw request. The landlord prepares the agreement or declines. Co-tenants see the request but only the tenant who asked can withdraw it (Request withdrawn).

Quebec: "To end this tenancy by agreement, agree it with your landlord directly. Your landlord records the signed agreement in Kera."
