How do I find, rename, pin, archive or delete a Kai chat?

Kai → Show history (sidebar).

Steps

The sidebar lists Pinned and Recent chats. Search with "Search...". Click a chat to reopen it. New chat starts fresh.
A chat's More actions menu offers Pin / Unpin, Rename (opens Rename Chat), Archive and Delete.
To see archived chats, tick Show archived (<n>). Open one and use More actions → Restore.

What happens next

Archive shows Chat archived with Undo. An archived chat is read-only: "Restore this chat to continue the conversation." Delete shows "Deleted <name>".

Limits

In an Organization, Kai chat history is saved for the whole organization, so other members can see chats in their history. Don't treat Kai chats as private.
