Anyone who can open Documents.

Where to find it

The app's global search (⌘K / Ctrl K, or the search field in the top bar).

Steps

Open global search and type part of the document's name.
Pick the result under Documents.

What happens next

Documents opens with that file's details panel showing.

Limits

The Documents page itself has no search box. Global search matches file names, not the text inside a PDF. A newly uploaded file can take up to about a minute to appear in search.
