How do I export all my accounting data?

Who can do this
Landlord; Organization users with Generate Financial Reports.
Where to find it
Accounting → ⋮ → Export all accounting (ZIP).
Steps
- In Export all accounting, leave the dates blank to export everything ("Leave dates blank to export everything (all-time)."), or set a range.
- Tick Include report snapshots if you want the trial balance, balance sheet, GST/HST and aging reports included.
- Click Export ZIP.
What happens next
"Preparing your export…", then the ZIP opens in a new tab and Kera shows "Export ready" / "The ZIP has N files." with a Download button. It holds CSVs for the ledger, invoices, bills, payments, transfers, disbursements and statements, raw records for bank transactions, deposits, contracts, fee rules, periods, reconciliations and audit logs, and a manifest.txt.
Troubleshooting
"Export ready, but some files were cut short" names any truncated file; contact Kera support for a full copy. "Could not prepare your export. Please try again."; use Download ZIP if your browser blocked the new tab.
Limits
With a date range, current A/R and A/P aging snapshots are left out.
