How do I delete a lease?

Who can do this
Landlord, Organization admin, Organization members with Delete Leases.
Where to find it
Lease page → Actions → Delete.
Steps
- Click Delete. The dialog "Delete <property>?" offers Cancel, Archive and Delete.
- Click Delete.
What happens next
Toast "Deleted <property>". You're taken back to Leases and the lease is gone from both the active and archived views.
Good to know
Without Delete Leases, the action reads Archive and the dialog has no Delete.
Troubleshooting
- "This lease has a signing request in progress. Cancel it first.": cancel it from the Signatures card.
- "This lease has Stripe billing activity. Archive it instead if you want to keep the history."
- "This lease has been accepted, so it can't be deleted. End or terminate it, then archive it if you want to keep the history."
