How do I compare a report with another period?

Where to find it
Run a report → a period report → Compare it with another period?.
Steps
- Choose Previous period or Same period last year (default No comparison).
- Click Show report.
What happens next
A comparison card shows each headline figure with its change and "was $…", then "What changed" lists the lines that moved most.
Limits
Balance (as-of) reports and tax-year reports can't be compared.
