How do I capture an inspection (conditions, notes and photos)?

Who can do this
Landlord; Organization users with Edit Inspections. Tenants can't capture.
Where to find it
Inspections → the inspection → Continue capture
Steps
- Select Continue capture. The Capture page opens.
- Pick a room in the room list.
- For each item, choose a Condition and type Notes ("Anything worth recording").
- To add photos, select Add photos on the item. Select a thumbnail to view it full size; use Delete photo to remove one.
- Work through every room. Everything saves automatically; there's no Save button.
What happens next
The toolbar counts down "<n> items need a condition". The upload indicator shows "Uploading <n>", then "All photos saved".
Good to know
On a phone, Submit for sign-off is the page's quick action.
Troubleshooting
- A photo marked "Failed" and "<n> photos failed to upload": select Retry in the upload indicator. Photos are held on the device until uploaded.
- "Couldn't save a photo" with "Check that your device has free storage, then add the photo again.": the device couldn't store it.
- "Couldn't save your changes": check the connection; the next change retries.
