How do I view and download my statements?

Who can do this

Owners.

Financials → Statements, or the email "Owner Statement · <period> · <property>".

Each row shows the period, property and closing balance.
Click a row to expand it: income, management fees, owner expenses, adjustments and payments to you, then the balance from brought forward to "Available to disburse". A payout shows "Disbursed $X on <date> via <method>."
Click PDF on a row (or View PDF in the expanded card) to open the statement in Kera's viewer.
If you own several properties, use the property chips to filter, and All to clear.

With none: "Your monthly statements land here". Statements also appear in Documents.

Only statements your manager published appear. Drafts don't. Owners can't change a statement; ask your manager.

"We couldn't load your statements. Check your connection and try again." → Retry.
