How do I manage my bank account or see my payouts?

Who can do this

Owners with a connected account.

Where to find it

Side nav → Wallet, and Settings → Wallet.

Steps

  1. Wallet shows your balance ("Deposited to your bank account automatically", plus any amount still clearing) and your payout history.
  2. To change bank details: Settings → Wallet → Manage. Stripe's account page opens in a new tab.
  3. To pay out an available balance by hand: click Payout (on a phone, Open quick actions → Payout) → read "Pay out your balance" → Pay out.

What happens next

Payout started. Funds usually arrive in 2 to 3 business days.

Good to know

Money your manager sends you is deposited from your Kera account to your bank automatically each day, so Payout is usually greyed out at $0. Your manager still decides when to send you money. With several bank accounts you can pick one under "Pay out to". Before your first payout: "Your payout history will be displayed here once your property manager sends your first disbursement".

Troubleshooting

"Couldn't open your account" / "Couldn't start the payout". "We could not load your wallet." → Retry.
