How do I see and sign inspection reports?

ForTenants

Who can do this

Tenants on the inspected lease.

Where to find it

Side nav → Inspections, or the email "Inspection ready for your sign-off" → Review and sign.

Steps

  1. Inspections lists Move-in, Move-out, Routine and General inspections with date and status (Draft, Pending sign-off, Completed or Void), newest first.
  2. Open one. The Rooms tab shows each room, issues first. Any entry notice shows its date and how it was served.
  3. To sign: on the Signatures card click Sign now, accept the e-signature consent the first time, sign and save. Older inspections show Review and sign the report instead.
  4. Click View report to open the PDF.

What happens next

Your row shows Signed. When everyone has signed, the status is Completed, you get "Your inspection report is ready", and Download signed document and Download certificate appear.

Good to know

A report your landlord delivered shows "Delivered to you on <date>". If the report is amended, you get "An inspection report you signed was updated" and must sign the new version; the Versions tab keeps earlier ones. A voided inspection shows Void and you get "Inspection cancelled".

Limits

Tenants can't start, edit or run their own inspection in Kera.

Troubleshooting

"Report is being prepared" means the PDF isn't ready. Refresh link renews an expiring link. "Unable to load inspections. Please try again." → Retry.
