How do I find and filter my maintenance requests?

Side nav → Maintenance Request.

Steps

Use the quick filters All, Pending, In Progress and Completed.
Open Filters for urgency, date range, category and Archive (active or archived).
Change the page size (10, 25 or 50) at the bottom.

Good to know

With no requests you see "Report an issue, track it to done" with Add a maintenance request.

Limits

Tenants see the requests they filed and requests their manager filed on their unit. A co-tenant's request may not be visible to other tenants on the same lease.
