How do I add or remove a payment method?

Where to find it

Account menu → Settings → Payments ("Manage the cards and bank accounts used to pay your rent.").

Steps

To add a card: Add a payment method (or Add another payment method) → Debit or Credit card → enter Card Number, expiry and CVC → Save.
To add a bank account: Add a payment method → Pre-authorized → Login to bank account → follow the secure bank login and agree to the debit mandate.
To remove one: click Remove → Remove payment method → Remove.

What happens next

Saved methods show Connected and appear on invoice pages and during lease acceptance. Removing your last method brings back the dashboard's Add a payment method row.

Limits

Pre-authorized debit is for Canadian bank accounts. Kera doesn't take US bank (ACH) payments.
