How do I archive, restore or delete an inspection?

Who can do this
Archive: Edit Inspections. Delete: Delete Inspections.
Where to find it
Inspections → the inspection → Actions → Archive or Delete
Steps
- For a Draft you no longer need, select Delete, then Delete.
- For a Completed or Void inspection, select Archive and confirm.
- To undo straight away, select Undo in the toast. To restore later, find it under Filters → Archive → Archived, open it and select Restore in the banner.
What happens next
Delete: toast "Deleted this inspection" and you return to the list. Archive: toast "Archived this inspection" with Undo; archived inspections can't be edited and offer no Create work order.
Troubleshooting
- "This inspection is still in progress. Complete or void it first.": you tried to archive a Draft or Pending sign-off inspection.
- "Only draft inspections can be deleted. Void this inspection instead."
