How do I apply a last month's rent deposit to the final month?

Who can do this
Landlord, Organization admin, Organization members with Create Transactions. Undo needs Approve & Post Transactions.
Where to find it
Lease page → Actions → Deposit → Apply to final month's rent.
Steps
- Click Apply to final month's rent.
- Review Deposit and Interest owed. On a lease with no scheduled end, pick the Month of rent (only months with rent owing are offered).
- Click Apply deposit.
What happens next
Toast "Deposit applied to final month's rent"; status Applied to rent. If deposit plus interest is more than the rent, the card shows "Owed back to the tenant: $X".
Good to know
- When a termination is scheduled, Kera plans the settlement itself and the card shows a status line (for example "Will cover <period>. Billing stops the day before.") instead of the button.
- Owner-held deposit: Kera won't apply it automatically; apply it by hand. Only the management fee is posted.
- To reverse: "Applied to the wrong month or rent? Undo the apply, then apply or return the deposit again." → Undo apply to rent → reason → Undo apply. Toast "Apply to rent undone". The month is owing again; Stripe billing isn't changed.
Troubleshooting
"Couldn't undo the apply", or a dialog naming an owner payout, bank feed match, reconciliation, closed period or an online payment for the rest of the month: fix that first (the dialog links to it).
