Steps
- Signed out: every portal page sends you to sign in. Public pages (rental applications and guest signing links) open without signing in.
- Signed in but onboarding isn't finished: Kera returns you to your current onboarding step (Tell us about you, Which describes you best?, Tell us about your organization or Welcome to Kera).
- Signed in and active: the sign-in, sign-up and onboarding pages send you to your portal home. Welcome to Kera (the import page) stays open so active landlords can come back to it.
Good to know
Email verification, password reset and email restore links open whether or not you're signed in.
