Why did "Owner app" or "Tenant app" appear in my account menu?

Steps

  1. Nothing to do. When you sign in, Kera checks whether your verified email matches an owner record or a tenant record that a manager created.
  2. If it does, Kera links the record to your login and adds Owner app or Tenant app to your account menu.

What happens next

Switch to that portal to see the properties or tenancy. Your existing portals and data don't change.

Limits

Kera only links records for a verified email, and never moves a record that is already linked to someone else's account. If the expected properties or lease don't appear, verify your email and reload. If they still don't appear, ask your manager to check the email address on your record.
