Why did Kera open a different page after I signed in?

Who can do this

Any user.

Where to find it

Sign-in page reached from a link.

Steps

  1. If you opened a Kera link while signed out (for example a property page), Kera sends you to sign in and remembers the page.
  2. After you sign in, Kera opens that page.

Good to know

  • The link is for a different portal than your account's current one (for example a tenant opening a landlord page): Kera opens your own portal home instead. A remembered link never gives access to something your account can't see.
  • You haven't finished onboarding: Kera resumes onboarding, not the link.
  • Links that point outside Kera are ignored and you land on your home page.
  • If you're already signed in and open a sign-in link, Kera goes straight to the page.
