Steps

  1. Open the generated file's Details and look at Sharing.

What happens next

  • Served notices, certificates of service, signed leases and inspection reports are not shared with anyone by default ("Only your team can see this. Share it to give owners access."). Tenants get their signed copies under Signed documents and their notices on their lease page.
  • An owner statement is shared with its owner only once it is published. A draft statement is not shared.
  • You can share any generated file with owners using Share.
