Which widgets can I add to the manager Dashboard?

Who can do this

Landlords and Organization users (widgets follow role permissions).

Where to find it

Dashboard → Customize → Add widget.

Steps

  1. Overview: Messages (unread conversations), Recent activity (latest notifications), KAI chats (your three latest Kai chats; its button opens Kai).
  2. Financials: Wallet, Total cash (operating and trust balances in connected banks), Rent roll (active leases, average and annual rent), Revenue at risk (rent on leases ending soon with no continuing tenancy).
  3. Accounting: Rent collection, Net cash, Expenses paid, Income received, Pending transactions (uncategorized bank transactions), Invoices, AP aging and AR aging.
  4. Properties: Occupancy rate, Vacant units, Portfolio mix.
  5. Owners (Organizations): Owners (portal status), Funds ready to disburse, Owner payables, Owner payout ratio, Reserve coverage.
  6. Leases: Lease expiry pipeline, Pending signatures (leases awaiting acceptance), Termination requests (including tenant requests to end by agreement).
  7. Tenants: Tenant portal adoption, Tenant directory, Upcoming move-ins.
  8. Applicants: Applicant funnel, New applications (last 7 days), Conversion rate.
  9. Maintenance: Maintenance status, Unassigned maintenance, Urgent maintenance, Avg time to close, Maintenance SLA.
  10. Tasks: Tasks due, Tasks by priority, Task completion, Avg task completion, On-time task rate.
  11. Documents: Recent documents, Documents by type, DocuSign signatures (only with DocuSign connected and envelopes waiting).

Good to know

Solo landlords don't get the Owners widgets. Without accounting set up, only Owners is offered in that category. Task widgets need View Tasks; document widgets need View Documents. Empty accounting widgets show a blurred chart with a Sample data badge until you have activity.

Limits

Widget figures for money are explained in the accounting chapters. An Organization member without Use AI Assistant can add KAI chats, but its button does nothing for them.
