Who can do this
Landlord; Organization users with Manage Integrations (default Admin only). Each card also needs its own connect permission in an organization.
Where to find it
Settings → Integrations ("Connect trusted third-party services to enhance your workflow.").
Steps
- Open Settings → Integrations.
What happens next
You see Quickbooks, Docusign, Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar, each with Connect or Disconnect and a Connected badge when linked. Landlords see one list. Organizations see two groups: Organization ("Shared across everyone in your organization.") with Quickbooks and Docusign, and Your account ("Connected to you personally. Each member connects their own calendar.") with the calendars.
Good to know
In an organization, Quickbooks needs Connect QuickBooks and Docusign needs Connect DocuSign. Tenants and owners have no Integrations tab.
Limits
These four are the only integrations Kera offers.
