Where do tenants and owners find documents they've signed?

Where to find it

Portal side navigation → Signed documents.

Steps

  1. Open Signed documents. Each row is one request they're on: the type (Lease agreement, Inspection report, Notice, Document, Owner agreement), the date and a status badge.
  2. On a Completed row, click to read it in Kera's viewer, or use Download signed document and Download certificate.

Good to know

With none: "Documents you have signed". Rows for requests still in progress show their status without downloads.

Troubleshooting

"We couldn't load your signed documents. Check your connection, then refresh the page." If an expected signed document is missing, collect the lease or inspection and approximate signing date and escalate; don't suggest re-signing to make it appear.
