What's the difference between "Kera writes it" and "I already have the notice"?

Steps
- Kera writes it: you fill in Notice details, Kera fills the official form, you sign it in Kera, then serve it.
- I already have the notice: you upload a notice you prepared and signed yourself. Kera keeps it with the lease, works out the dates and records how you serve it.
What happens next
Either way, the notice appears in the lease's Notices, the termination date is checked against the service date, and the lease is scheduled to end once served.
