What's the difference between archiving and deleting a request?

Who can do this
Archive: Landlord and Organization users with Edit Maintenance Requests. Delete: Delete Maintenance Requests.
Where to find it
Maintenance Request → the request → Actions → Delete
Steps
- Archiving hides a request from your active list but keeps it, its photos and its history. You can restore it at any time.
- Deleting removes it from both the active and archived views. Deleting can't be undone.
- Only a closed request can be archived. A request with a linked vendor bill or ledger entry can't be deleted; archive it instead.
