Side nav → Dashboard.
Steps
- Action Required (only when something needs attention): urgent maintenance, lease terms ending in the next 60 days, leases waiting on signatures, and new owner reports. Resolve next action opens the first one.
- Properties: Properties, Occupied, Vacancy and Occupancy %.
- Financial Snapshot: this month's Income, Expenses (management fees with tax, plus expenses billed to you) and Net income.
- Lease Watch: Active leases, Expiring in 60 days and Pending updates.
- Maintenance Requests: Open requests, Urgent requests and Closed this month.
- Reports & Documents: new reports in the last 7 days and documents shared with you.
- Click a widget's header to open the full page. Customize works as for tenants; owners can add Messages and Recent activity.
Good to know
Empty states: "No properties assigned yet", "No financial activity yet", "No leases yet", "No maintenance activity", "No reports or documents yet".
Limits
The "new owner reports" item opens Documents, which lists published owner statements but not other report types.
