What is on the manager Dashboard?

Who can do this
Landlords and Organization admins and members. Every member can open it; widgets that need a permission only show for people who have it.
Where to find it
Side nav → Dashboard (/landlord/home).
Steps
- Until setup is finished, a Let’s get you started! checklist sits at the top (next article).
- Below it is a grid of widgets. Each widget with a destination has a Go to <widget> arrow.
- A widget that depends on setup you haven't done stays hidden until it has something to show.
Good to know
The default set, in order: Rent collection, Wallet, Net cash (titled Net Income with QuickBooks), Expenses paid, Income received, Pending transactions, Invoices and Occupancy rate. Accounting widgets need accounting to be set up and the View Accounting permission. Wallet needs a bank account with Stripe payouts enabled. Occupancy rate needs at least one property.
Limits
Widget arrows open the full list; they don't filter it to what the widget counted.
