Steps
- Nothing to do. Before the date the lease shows a banner such as "This lease ends on <date> under the N12 notice." or "...by mutual agreement.", with deposit lines where a last month's rent deposit is held.
What happens next
A daily job marks the lease Terminated on the date, cancels the rent subscription, dismisses the lease's open automatic tasks and shows the unit as vacant.
Good to know
If a last month's rent deposit is smaller than the final month, the banner shows "A balance of $X is due <date>." and later "Balance of $X paid".
