What happens when my import finishes?

Who can do this

Landlord and Organization accounts.

If accounting has never been set up, Kera first offers Set up your accounting. Complete it or click I'll do this later (see "How do I set up accounting during onboarding?").
Read the result: Your portfolio is live 🎉 (or Your property is live 🎉 for one record) with counts of what was imported.
Under "What would you like to do first?", click a card or Or just take me to my dashboard:
- Review your leases (or Add your first lease if no leases were imported) opens Leases.
- Get rent flowing opens Wallet.
- See your books opens Accounting.

Onboarding is complete and the account is active. Imported properties appear under Properties.

Import finished with some issues: some records weren't imported. Each one is listed with its reason ("<N> records couldn't be imported"), and "<N> imported records need a link. Open import results to review them." may show. Click Review import results for the details.
Nothing was imported ("No records were imported"): click Review import results to see why.
"Loading your import results…": wait a moment.
We couldn't load your import results: click Retry (it never imports twice) or Continue to Kera to finish onboarding.

Kera doesn't re-run failed records automatically. Fix them from the import results or add them by hand.
