What do the buttons on auto-generated lease tasks do?

Steps
- "Lease auto-converts to month-to-month" (Ontario) shows what happens at the lease end and a Start termination button that opens the End lease flow. It isn't shown without permission to end leases, or once the lease has ended.
- Manitoba and Saskatchewan renewal tasks show Send the renewal offer or Send the Notice of Intention while the term is running. Once a notice exists the button reads Open the renewal notice, and once it's served it reads Record the tenant's answer.
- Nova Scotia renewal tasks, and Manitoba or Saskatchewan tasks past the term with no Kera notice, show Record renewal decision.
- Alberta and Quebec renewal tasks show text only.
