How do I teach Kai about my business?

Who can do this
Landlord; Organization users with Manage Knowledge Base (default Admin only).
Where to find it
Settings → Knowledge Base ("Tell Kera AI about your business by writing text or uploading text documents.").
Steps
- Type your business context in the editor, for example office hours, policies or preferred vendors. Use the toolbar for formatting.
- To add files, click Upload context documents and choose PDF, TXT, DOC or DOCX files. Pending files are listed with a remove icon (Remove file).
- Click Save.
What happens next
The toast Knowledge base saved appears. Kai uses the saved text when answering questions (see the Kai chapter).
Limits
Up to 10 documents; Upload context documents is disabled once 10 are attached. Text is limited to 50,000 characters including formatting, so heavily formatted text hits the limit sooner. If you pick more files than there are free slots, only the first ones are kept; check the list. Kai reliably uses the typed text; it may not be able to read every uploaded PDF, so put key facts in the text box.
Troubleshooting
Text cannot exceed 50000 characters or Maximum 10 documents allowed: shorten or remove items. Couldn't save knowledge base: nothing was saved. Save is disabled until something changes. Closing Settings before Save discards unsaved files and text.
