How do I switch between the Landlord, Tenant and Owner apps?

Who can do this

Any signed-in user. Owner app shows only when the account is also an owner.

Where to find it

Account menu at the top of the side nav.

Steps

Click the account button.
Click Landlord app, Tenant app or Owner app. A checkmark shows the portal you're in.

What happens next

Kera opens that portal's home page with its own side nav: the Landlord dashboard, the tenant dashboard or the owner home. Your data in the other portals is unchanged.

Good to know

Any user can open Landlord app, including a tenant-only account. A tenant who wants to manage their own rentals can switch and start using it. Paid features then ask for a plan.

Troubleshooting

"Couldn't switch account": try again or reload the page.
