How do I switch between my Landlord, Tenant and Owner portals, or between organizations?

Who can do this

Anyone whose login holds more than one account type, or belongs to more than one organization.

Where to find it

The account menu (your avatar and name at the top of the side nav; at the bottom of the nav for tenants).

Steps

Click your avatar to open the account menu.
Pick Landlord app, Tenant app or Owner app. The active one has a check mark. Owner app appears only if your login also holds the owner type.
To switch organization, click the organization's name in the same menu.

What happens next

Kera reloads your data and opens that portal's first page: /landlord/home, /tenant/dashboard or /owner/home. Each organization keeps its own data, inbox and dashboard layout.

Good to know

An owner whose email matches an existing Kera user gets Owner app added automatically a few seconds after signing in (see "I already have a Kera account. How do I get into the owner portal?").
