How do I sign in?

The sign-in page (Sign in to your account).

Steps

  1. Enter Email and Password. Click the eye button (Show password / Hide password) to check what you typed.
  2. Click Sign in.

What happens next

Kera opens your portal's home page: Landlords and Organization users go to the Landlord dashboard, Tenants to the tenant dashboard and Owners to the owner home. If you haven't finished onboarding, Kera takes you back to the step where you stopped.

Good to know

New visitors can click Create an account. under the heading to sign up.

Troubleshooting

  • "Email or password is incorrect." under the password field: check the email and password, or click Forgot password?.
  • "Couldn't sign in" with "Too many attempts. Wait a few minutes, or reset your password.": wait, then try again or reset the password.
  • "Couldn't sign in" with "This account has been disabled. Contact support at support@getkera.com.": the account was disabled. Only Kera support can help.
