How do I sign in with Google or Facebook?

Who can do this

Users who created their account with Google or Facebook, or anyone wanting to start an account that way.

Where to find it

Sign-in page, under "or continue with".

Steps

  1. Click Google or Facebook.
  2. Pick the account in the pop-up.

What happens next

You land on your portal home or resume onboarding.

Good to know

If the Google or Facebook account has no Kera login yet, Kera creates one and opens Tell us about you. You then choose your account type as usual.

Troubleshooting

  • "This email already uses a different sign-in method. Sign in the way you did before.": use the method you first signed up with.
  • "Couldn't finish signing you in": the new account couldn't be set up, and you stay signed out. Check your connection and try again.
