How do I share several items at once?

Who can do this
Landlords, Organization admins, members with Edit Documents.
Where to find it
Documents → select items → bulk bar Share.
Steps
- Select the items (see "How do I select several files and act on them at once?").
- Select Share in the bulk bar. "Share <n> items" reads "Adds access to every selected item. Anyone they're already shared with keeps access."
- Pick properties or specific owners, then select Share.
What happens next
"Sharing updated". Each item keeps its existing access and gains the new owners.
Limits
Bulk sharing only adds. Removing access is done one item at a time.
Troubleshooting
"Sharing didn't change for <n> of <m> items": the others were shared; retry the failed ones individually. If an item would go past 50 entries, nothing is saved on any item; add fewer owners or leave that item out.
