How do I review my import and bring it in?

Who can do this

Landlord and Organization accounts with a finished import.

Here's what we found (or We found your properties).

Steps

  1. Check the count tiles. If your documents had their own totals, a Check the math card shows Income found and Expenses found so you can compare.
  2. If "N items need a quick decision" shows, click Keep or Skip on each one.
  3. To look at every record before importing, click Review every item in detail. This opens the full review workspace with its own Back button (the review workspace is covered in the Settings chapter under Migrate data).
  4. Click the main button:
    • Landlord with no plan: Activate Kera & bring my portfolio in. It shows a price card for your unit tier and opens Stripe Checkout. The import continues after payment.
    • Everyone else: Bring my portfolio into Kera.

What happens next

A "Moving your portfolio in…" screen, then the done screen.

Good to know

If some records still have warnings when you click the main button, Kera approves the rest and opens the review filtered to those records, with the message "<N> records need your review".

Troubleshooting

  • The main button stays disabled with "Decide on the items above first.": answer every Keep/Skip item.
  • "We couldn't load current pricing." with Retry: click Retry. The activation button stays disabled until a price loads.
