Is there a free trial? What can I do before I pay?

Onboarding, then the app.

Steps

  1. Create an account and finish onboarding. Creating an account, onboarding and looking around the app don't need payment.
  2. When a Landlord finishes the welcome import or the setup hub without a subscription, Kera shows a price card (for example "<tier> · $X/mo" with a unit-count badge) and the button Activate Kera & bring my portfolio in or Activate Kera & finish setup. This opens Stripe Checkout.
  3. Anyone can skip activation with I'll finish later (setup hub) and use the app. Paid features then show the "Unlock the full Kera experience" dialog with View plans and Maybe later. View plans opens Settings → Billing.

What happens next

After payment, Stripe returns you to Kera with an active plan. Plans and billing are covered in the Settings chapter.

Good to know

The landlord price card says "30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. Cancel anytime." Organization accounts never see the activation price card during onboarding. Organizations choose a per-seat plan in Settings → Billing. Prices show in CAD when the profile country is Canada and in USD for the United States.

Limits

Kera doesn't offer a time-limited free trial. For refund questions beyond the guarantee wording on the price card, contact Kera support (support@getkera.com).
