I closed the tab during my import. How do I get back to it?

Who can do this

Landlord and Organization accounts with an import in progress.

Where to find it

Welcome to Kera or the import reminder email.

Steps

  1. Sign in. During onboarding, Kera reopens your import at the step it reached.
  2. Or click the button in Kera's email: "Your import is waiting for you" (Review your portfolio, about a day after it's ready), "Still want to bring your portfolio into Kera?" (Finish your import, about three days after) or "Your Kera import expires soon" (Review and apply).

What happens next

You land on the same import. If you're signed out, sign in first and Kera opens it.

Limits

An import that isn't applied expires 30 days after it was started, and its data is removed. If the only import is completed, failed or expired, you see the three cards again.
